Anxiety Access Training

Anxiety Access Training (AAT) focuses on how businesses, organisations and venues can be make adjustments to become more accessible to people living with anxiety. From looking at how anxiety can prevent people from accessing public spaces to implementing practical solutions to make spaces accessible, this training will brings organisations together to produce accessible and supportive spaces for those living with anxiety.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) - Youth and Adult Programmes

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training course which teaches people how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue. You’ll learn to recognise warning signs of mental ill health and develop the skills and confidence to approach and support someone while keeping yourself safe. You’ll also learn how to empower someone to access the support they might need for recovery or successful management of symptoms.

Suicide First Aid (SFA)

Suicide First Aid (SFA) teaches the theory and practice of suicide intervention skills that can be applied in any professional or personal setting, captured in a one-day event. I am a training instructor with the National Centre for Suicide Prevention, Education and Training.

Anxiety Ally Training looks at how you can support those living with anxiety and be part of a collaborative community working towards making spaces more accessible to people living with anxiety.
