Hello
Thank you so much for visiting my website! Here is where you will find out all about me and my experience in the areas of anxiety accessibility, mental health and wellbeing, suicide prevention and diversity, equity and inclusion.
My Story
When I was a youngster, I always believed I would be a librarian. I believed books could change the world and I was never happier then when I was at my local library in Basford, Nottingham. I still believe books can change the world, however my career path became diverted due to my own experiences with mental ill health. I have lived with an anxiety disorder since I was a teenager and it has informed my work in mental health and wellbeing. I am passionate about anxiety accessibility and believe that public spaces and venues can all be made accessible to people living with anxiety. My previous work experience includes healthcare, higher education and within a Premier League football foundation.
I create bespoke training and workshop content on anxiety accessibility, mental health and wellbeing and equality diversity and inclusion. I am an experienced training instructor and project manager specialising in mental health, wellbeing and equality, diversity and inclusion. I am qualified to deliver Mental Health First Aid with MHFA England and Suicide First Aid with the National Centre for Suicide Prevention Education and Training. I am also an associate training instructor for Starling Business Solutions and Siren Training.
